9. Odin Sphere (PS2) Excellent ending, the way it pulls in the menuing system as part of the story.
10. Ibb and Obb (PS3) I am disappointed. It didn’t give me the single player completion trophy even though I finished it all single player. :(
11. Sparkle (PSVita) IHTFG.
12. Muramasa: Genroku Legends: Fishy Tales of the Nekomata. (PSVita) Nice short little addon to Muramasa.
13. Megaman Legends 2 (PS1).
Books:
5. The Road to Oz. Not particularly remarkable? 6. The Emerald City of Oz. Reminds me of all those other authors who got tired of their universes they created and wanted to go on to something else, and futilely tried to write a final story… 7. The Well of Ascension. Decided to read something a bit more … well written? Mature? Interesting? Than the Oz books. It was quite good, and really makes me want to go buy the 3rd book right now… 8.
Books:
1. The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Interesting how different it is from the movie… Almost like a different story entirely. I like the book ending better. 2. The Marvelous Land of Oz. A couple of characters come back, most are new. 3. Ozma of Oz. They just keep adding characters… 4. Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz. This thing retcons the crud out of the prior books just to allow the Wizard back into the story without him being a criminal… And it’s not really a very good book.

66. Knack (PS4) Quite a challenging little game. A bit of variety. It’s a lot of fun to see tiny gradual increases lead to a character that dwarfs enemies that used to seem huge.
67. Proteus (PSVita) Not much to say about this one, really. It’s really not a challenge at all to reach the end of it.
68. Flying Cloud God Saves the Pilgrims HD (PSVita) Enjoyable for the most part.

Games:
54. Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness 4. Zeboyd’s best game yet.
55. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. Aaaaaargh !@#!@#.
56. Pathpix Pro. I’ve forgotten how long it was since I started this, but it was at least a year ago. This is one huge game, with 320 puzzles to complete…
57. Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus. Best R&C game in the PS3, aside from ACIT.
Here’s what I played for Extra Life this year.
8AM-5PM Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness 4. Finished this, starting from the second chapter.
5PM-6PM Ys: Origins. Played to get a feel for the game and decide if I should continue playing. Decided it was a nice frantic game for playing when I was tired.
6PM-8PM Superbrothers: Swords and Sworcery PC. Played this until I was time-blocked by the moon phase.
I didn’t get much of anything done this month because of 2 things. Deadlines at work, and Final Fantasy XIV. The two things I did finish were little lame things that didn’t take very many contiguous blocks of time.

51. Simpson’s Tapped Out. Just adding this because I’m sick of this endless game.
52. Candybox 2. Quickly finished in one day. Finished it on hard mode a few days later.
I’m participating in Extralife again on Nov 2nd. Here’s my donation page. http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.participant&participantID=50807 All money going to Colorado Children’s Hospital in Denver.
This year, I’m going outside my comfort zone a bit. I had hoped the PS4 would be released before this happened, but it won’t. I don’t want to setup a camera like last time pointed at the screen while I play. I don’t yet have one of those nice Elgato capture cards either.

Games:
47. BreakQuest: EE. Finished in just 2 days without buying anything. 48. Divekick. Finished 4 characters storylines so far. I’m not interested in multiplayer on this, so I’ll mark it complete after I finish all the storylines. 49. Time and Eternity. Not a terrible game, but not worth $50. Like Last Rebellion, wait until it’s $15-20 to get it. 50. Dust: An Elysian Tale. Pretty good, especially for the work of primarily one person.
Books:
7. Errant Story, the entire run of the comic. (All in 2 days. Does it count as a book?) Games:
42. Stealth Inc. A clone in the dark. Pretty good, though tricky 43. Hermit Crab in Space. Also enjoyable. Beat it on my first attempt though. 44. Little Acorns. Eh, not terrible. 45. Stranger’s Wrath. Definitely the best FPS on the Vita right now. Killzone might be better, but right now it’s multiplayer only.
