Here’s what I played for Extra Life this year.
8AM-5PM Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness 4. Finished this, starting from the second chapter.
5PM-6PM Ys: Origins. Played to get a feel for the game and decide if I should continue playing. Decided it was a nice frantic game for playing when I was tired.
6PM-8PM Superbrothers: Swords and Sworcery PC. Played this until I was time-blocked by the moon phase. It says I’m 62% in.
8PM-2AM (5 Hours, including the dark hour): Final Fantasy XIV. I played Lancer in a dungeon, then switched to Pugilist to play with Noodle from RPGamer. After that, I went over to another server and played Conjurer to advance the storyline, and played in a couple of dungeon instances.
2AM-8AM Ys: Origins. Played about 40-45% into the game. Some of the boss characters in this were vicious. I was pretty well awake though, having had 3 cups of coffee from 6pm until about 4am.
