Doctors who have come from the socialized medicine systems of europe have come to the US and stated that yes, the quality of care is just as good as the US, but because of waiting lists and government decisions on what care is permitted, the quality of life is much lower in those areas. You have to wait years with bad hips for hip surgery, for example. 

Whats worse is that a capitalist system in the US, we’re creating tons of new drugs to be used to treat those that in other systems would just be tossed overboard because it’s not politically expedient to treat them. If all of the capitalist systems are replaced by socialistic “universal” health care systems, then new drugs won’t be developed, existing drugs won’t become any cheaper…
